responsibility for children education

Some people believe that, child education should be with parents, because mother follows child behavior she can modify the behavior as the child did.
In early years of child, he have high activity to discover the world around him, and this activity put him sometimes in trouble.
I have some example about this activity (about myself)
I interested to know about electricity in my home according to that, I  tried to make small electrical circuits, but it should be observed by my mother , and my mother let me to do it  to increase my hobby. I am now electrical engineer.
the child is interesting  for any new objects , like games , toys, etc,  mother can select the suitable game for each child according to his mind , mentality , personality, that is not applicable with school education ,
We can now set that , mother and father have great responsibility for children education, but school has different responsibility.
In the school ,Child has friends, teachers, some jobs should be done like writing in the class , reading , understanding and so on , within these activities in class the teacher should give him peace of  politeness, good morality, how to deal with parents , how to deal with your friends in a way the will like you , and so on .
Because I found according to my experience,  Kids be more attentive with the teacher in classroom, because the grouping  environment on the classroom make some kind of sociality,
We can now said , education of children  is shared between parents and school teachers together,
